Meet the Team

Key West Early Childhood Center is led by directors with over 35 years combined experience, each having an associates degree in Early Childhood. The teachers at KWECC have a broad range of education and experience.  All staff are required to:

• pass state and national background checks

• complete CPR and first aid training

• take mandatory reporter and universal precautions training

• complete 30 hours of essentials and passport to early childhood education courses

• participate in yearly continuing education courses
