Eat Healthy, Grow Strong

Children at KWECC receive a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Our lunches are catered daily from Hy-Vee and are designed to provide a healthy balance to help our kids grow strong and try new things. 

Week One
Milk, macaroni & cheese with chicken, applesauce, carrots
Milk, goulash, green beans, peaches, butter bread
Milk, chicken strips, mixed vegetables, alfredo noodles, pineapple chunks
Milk, sliced ham on jr. bun, french fries, mixed fruit
Milk, beef stroganoff, corn, pears
Week Two
Milk, grilled cheese, California vegetables, banana
Milk, tater tot casserole, green beans, mandarin oranges, butter bread
Milk, pizza, carrots, mixed fruit
Milk, chicken noodle soup, corn, apples, saltines
Milk, roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, peaches
Week Three
Milk, waffles/syrup, a slice of cheese, strawberries/grapes
Milk, hamburger on jr. bun, green beans, pears
Milk, chicken and rice casserole, corn, peaches
Milk, beef stew w/potatoes, carrots, green beans, applesauce, butter bread
